Duties & Responsibilities:
As part of being a Site Manager you will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
Hiring, training, and developing exceptional teammates
Driving site revenue by growing Limitless membership counts monthly
Create Caliber Fans through daily interactions with customers
Daily upkeep and maintenance of the building and car wash equipment, insuring a clean, safe, and friendly environment for customers
Forming business to business relationships (House accounts, Chamber of Commerce participation, marketing, fundraisers, etc.)
Other tasks delegated to you for your site.
Experience:
Caliber Car Wash is seeking to hire full-time Site Manager with a minimum of five years of customer service management experience to execute Caliber’s mission to offer customers the highest Caliber clean at a great value with friendly customer service, EVERY DAY.
The Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing day to day operations, and all aspects of the business to maintain the quality, efficiency, and profitability of the site. This job requires connecting with people quickly in an outgoing, friendly manner. The use of persuasive communication skills to gain the interest and involvement of others in the work process is an important aspect of this position.
We are looking for someone who wants to build a long-term career and grow with the company. If you have a good attitude and a strong work ethic, are friendly and personable and can lead by example, this job is for you! Strong attention to detail and seeing things through to completion are a must.
Requirements:
Have a minimum of five (5) years’ management experience; service industry experience strongly preferred
Selling ideas and training to others and the ability to teach, motivate and coach a team of part time and full time employees is a must
Be passionate about delivering superior customer service and take pride in driving location success with demonstrated leadership skills
Possess excellent listening, organization, problem-solving and follow-through skills
Thrive in a team environment and be a positive team player
Be willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends
Have computer and point of sale systems proficiency
Must have proven problem-solving skills
Must be dependable and willing to take ownership
Have initiative and be goal oriented to react quickly to issues and concerns
Be organized and trustworthy with good speaking skills
Have experience in a competitive sales driven environment
Experience using tools and some maintenance exposure
Physical Requirements
Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
Must be able to be on your feet for the duration of your shift
Must be able to withstand outside weather conditions
Must be able to twist, bend, and lift as needed
